Return Policy
Maple Village Lane offers a 30-day return policy on select products if the item you purchased may not be the right fit for your space. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return with our customer service team.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase of any product you wish to return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The buyer will be charged a restocking fee of 15% and pays for return shipping.

Damages and Issues
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong order, please contact our customer service team immediately at customerservice@maplevillagelane.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. To assist us in resolving your matter as quickly as possible, please include photos of any damage and packaging the item was received in.
Return Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
While we do stand behind the quality of our products, we cannot offer returns on the following: handmade pillow covers, cut-to-order fabrics, rugs, swatches, custom made products, personalized items, gift cards, or any sale/clearance items.
We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Policy
A representative from the Maple Village Lane customer service team will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, as well as whether your return has been approved for a refund. If approved for a refund, your original method of payment will be automatically refunded within 10 business days. All banks may vary with processing time for your refund payment. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve contacted you and approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@maplevillagelane.com so that we can immediately remedy the issue for you.
